What is right?

The human rights are the base of such things as existence and coexistence of people; the human rights are universally inseparable and interdependent. The human rights are the base of the United Nations Organization aim to attain in area of the peace and development.

The human rights form us as people. They are principles on the base of which we build high building of human dignity.
It is told in the very first article of the Universal declaration of our human rights, that «all the people are free from birth and equal in the dignity and rights. They all are provided with reason and conscience and must act in the relation of each other in the spirit of fraternity».
The human rights are the rights which any man is provided with because he is a man. All of us are people; all of us deserve human rights. One can not exist without other.
Can we deny that all of us hate violence?
Who can deny each of us aspire to life, free of fear, tortures and discrimination? Who can deny that each of us aspire to freedom of idea and achievement of our aims in life?
Absence of tolerance and the human rights can be considered not only as the denial of human dignity. Herein there is primary cause of sufferings and hatred, which give political violence and brake economic development.
When we talk about the right on life or development, or on freedom of idea and variety, we talk about tolerance. An assistance, defence and encouragement of tolerance, will provide all the freedoms. Without it we will obtain nothing. One sage said: «Faith causes respect, and fanaticism generates a hatred».
Human rights which are properly understood and rightly interpreted are not alien to any culture and near to all people.
Universality of human rights gives them force and provides ability to cross any border, overcome any obstacle and resistance.
Their modern universality is based on their approval by all 185 members of the UNO. Declaration was the result of discussions, conducted by the exceptionally representative group of scientists, majority from which was not from the western states.
The principles which were proclaimed in Universal declaration of human rights, have very deep roots in the history of humanity. They can be met in the studies of all great cultures and world religions.
